Return & Refund Policy

At Kyrapure, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped within Canada.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

⚠️ For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.


3. Refund Process

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account
  • All refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair care products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective)
